Album Highlights
Etemenanki is a concept album, told from the perspective of a mythological being named Bʌfdɔg (pronounced “Buff Dog” 💪🐶). CLICK HERE for a link to the album’s lead single, “Fell to stone.” CLICK HERE to listen to the album!
As stated in the opening track, Bʌfdɔg was born in the fall of ’76 and the spring of 10,000 B.C. They have existed at every time that has been and every will be, and as every person who has ever existed or will exist. Naturally, they are very tired.
Each track is told from either the perspective of Bʌfdɔg proper, or from an individual Bʌfdɔg has embodied. For example, the title track “Etemenanki” is sung from the perspective of a homeless woman losing her mind in Babylon. The track “Fell to stone” is sung by a young man also from a B.C. era.
The album is available on all streaming platforms.
